Strategic Acquisitions and Service Expansion
In 2015, Chimba took a decisive step by acquiring Águia Dourada, a strategic acquisition that allowed us to expand our fleet and increase our geographic coverage, further consolidating our position in the national market.
In 2022, we acquired Transriba, which marked our entry into the hazardous materials transportation (ADR) sector. With this integration, we expanded our service offering, always with the commitment to strictly comply with all required safety standards, ensuring maximum confidence for our customers.
